As a busy small business owner, I really appreciated the great service at the Burt Brothers Farmington location. I came in on a Saturday morning needing new tires for my trailer and the wheel bearings packed. Even though they already had a full day of service scheduled, they were able to work me in and get everything taken care of. A big thank-you to Jennifer and Dale for their hard work and for going the extra mile. Jennifer even called other locations to check availability for the wheel-bearing service, but ultimately the Farmington team was able to handle it right there so I didn’t have to travel anywhere else. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and genuinely focused on taking good care of me. Highly recommend them!
