Last night my mom hit something and lost all of the air in her tire. I swapped the spare on for her, but unfortunately I worked today so I wasn’t able to accompany her to get it fixed, and I typically like to be there with her for anything car related. Just got a call from her, and they were able to remove this massive wheel weight and get her tire patched. They got her in and out and did it for her free of charge. Refreshing to find a shop that cares about their customers and goes above and beyond for them like Burt’s Brothers did this morning. THANK YOU!
