These guys are incredible. It was a late Friday afternoon of a long weekend as we ran into brake issues . Dropped into Burt Brothers and without hesitation they did a brake inspection, diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and had us on the road 10 minutes after closing time. All the guys were sympathetic to our problem being in the middle of a big road trip. They knew we would never be back, we live in Canada after all, but they treated us like we were their emergency and top priority. I can't say thank you enough to the entire team, we may not be back but I hope this review encourages others to give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys, you went above and beyond and it was great to meet you.

I had an accident with my tire, it was 5pm and they closed at 5, got there 10 minutes later hoping they could help me and they not only helped me but were kind and professional, they deserve the world and tons of costumers! If I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing service! Shout out to the store in American fork!

These guys have gone above and beyond and took care of my rear break needs on my car. I was able to get my car back to the wife just in time so she can pick up the kids. Well done and totally recommend these guys.

My car wouldn't start this morning. I called Burt's Brothers and they answered right away. I explained the problem and asked if they could look at my car. Justin was helpful and put in a ticket for me before I arrived to drop off my car. They called me with an update and told me how much to expect in cost. I approved the work and shortly after, Melissa called to let me know it was done. This location seems on top of their game. Very smooth service and a relief to have great customer service from both workers on a stressful morning having car issues. New battery + oil change. I appreciate you both!
