Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Salt Lake City, UT 84111

Five stars for Burt Brothers! I brought my truck in with a flat tire after a very frustrating morning. They repaired it promptly, handed me my keys, and wished me a nice day. When I mentioned that I hadn’t paid, they explained that they don’t charge for flat repairs because getting a flat is already enough of an inconvenience! What a wonderful approach to customer service. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely considerate. They’ve certainly earned my future business. Thank you, Burt Brothers!

Exceptional, personalized service. As a Burt’s customer I feel like I’m part of a family — only treated better than my own!!

Greg might be the greatest tire mechanic I’ve ever spoken to. An extensive amount of knowledge paired with genuine honesty. A solid place to get tire work done with an even more solid employee.

The whole staff is great, but special shout out to Greg - he keeps me coming back. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and kind - unbeatable combo.

They fixed a slow leak after the dealer service department couldn’t figure it out. I’m going there for all my future tire and related needs. These guys are great!

In town for emergency surgery. Called about tire issues, they got us right in and fixed the issue promptly. Extremely courteous and straight forward. Had us on the road back to Montana in no time flat. Excellent job!

With no notice they fixed my tire for free. Thank you!

Ask for Lysle when you go in! Even though Burt Bros doesn't offer discounts (wth Burt Bros?), the pricing is super fair—$277 for a battery change vs. $265 at O'Reilly's. That $12 difference is completely worth it for fast, trustworthy service. In and out in less than 45 minutes on a Tuesday evening after 5 PM. Highly recommend!

I appreciate them being proactive to solve my problem, they took care of what I asked them to look into. Thank you

Great service
