I was on my way to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for an infusion for my wife, when I hit unknown debris on I-80 that destroyed my tire. After stopping I was able to put the spare on and get her to her appointment. Leaving her there, I went to find the nearest place to find tires so I could get her back home. I arrived at the Burt Brothers downtown location after 5 pm and explained my situation. I knew that there was no way I was making it home on the spare tire and I needed it completed fast so I could get back to pick-up my wife and be able to get her home to rest. Even though they were busy, the front desk person (Kurtis T, KT902), listened to me and showed great concern and empathy. He promised to get it done quickly and get me back on the road even if it meant that he'd have to stay after hours. They were very efficient and quickly got me taken care of. I wanted to tip, but he refused saying it was what he wanted to do for me and my wife. I hope that this message is seen by his manager or owners because his kindness shown meant a lot to both my wife and I. Those are the type and kind of employees that should be kept and rewarded. I only give 5 Star reviews, which isn't too often. The customer service team was excellent. Their prices for four A/T tires were better than their leading competitor. And, the technicians hustled to get me out before the estimated time frame, so I could make my doctor's appointment. Great people, great service!!
