Nice employees at the counter. Took the car in on a Saturday afternoon for emissions testing. Was in/out in under 30 minutes. I will return. My brother swears by But Bros for all his auto maintenance as well....

Fastest I have ever been serviced

First time dealing with Burt Brothers. I was not disappointed with the service I received at all. All the staff was polite and up front with their costs. Received a quality AC service today. Thanks to Nick who got me in the door quickly and called me about my thin rear tires. Appreciate them looking out for their customers.

The other place I walked in twice to get an alignment made me make an appointment a week out. They were able to get me in and it was only an hour wait and it was done.

I was having some noises from my back brakes and I wanted to get them looked at. I made an appointment online and then the next day they were able to give me the results on both my front and back brakes and were able to fix them, but I wasn't able to leave it so I made an appointment in a couple days and they were able to accommodate me. Very organized business!

I’m not much for doing reviews, but The staff there are true pros. They did control arms and service in the time and price quoted even though my car had some known problems that would complicate things. Great service

First time customer to Burt Brother's, but wow super impressed! I hate taking my car in to be serviced for multiple reasons, but I would come here again in a heartbeat. Went in because of an oil change coupon, mentioned I was a little concerned about my tires, and the guy that helped me went out and looked at my tires with me, and said he actually thought they could go another 6 months, and explained in detail why, which I was shocked and thankful for the honesty and that he didn't try to up sale. I also needed a tire rotation, and was shocked that it was free even though I got my tires at Costco. The guy that helped me and the two people I talked with on the phone were all so kind, and all had VERY exceptional customer service skills, and I'm very picky because I used to be a customer service auditor. I will 100% be back when I need new tires.
