We had a 12-day RV trip planned and were leaving the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Late Saturday afternoon my truck suddenly started shaking, and I pulled into Burt Brothers in Farmington just 10 minutes before they closed. I thought I just had a tire out of balance. The manager had a technician stay and check everything. They found one of my rear tires had gone bad and couldn’t be balanced. When I asked if I could come back Tuesday morning for new tires, he said, “No, we’ll take care of you tonight.” He had one technician stay late to install four new tires while he and another employee stayed until the job was finished. I didn’t get out of there until about 6:30, but because they were willing to stay late, we were able to leave on our trip as planned. Customer service like that is hard to find anymore. Thanks to everyone at Burt Brothers for going above and beyond. I highly recommend them

They’re always so friendly on the phone and easy to schedule with. The lobby is clean and they even gave my kids hot wheels cars we got to take home with us. Emissions and an oil change and we were in and out in less than an hour.
