Took my car here to have a flat patched. I also asked them to look at my brakes while they had it. The tire was not able to be patched (not their fault) so they gave me a detailed run down for new tires and brake work. I have not had the work completed yet but the pricing is very reasonable and I loved the customer service. Nice, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Came to Burt Brothers when they first opened up their shop down here now two years later I need a alignment done and they still are the absolute kings and queens of getting it done quickly while letting me know what certain parts might break soon

★★★★★ Exceptional Customer Service—They Truly Went Above and Beyond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Burt Brothers Tires in Pleasant View! After 40 years of driving, I experienced my very first blown tire on my way to work. Needless to say, I was pretty shaken up and emotional. By the time I arrived at Burt Brothers, I was already an hour and a half late for work and having a terrible morning. Haylee was the first to greet me, and she was incredibly kind, understanding, and efficient. She assured me they would look at my vehicle and call as soon as they could so I couldget to work. True to her word, she called when promised, patiently explained my options, and provided detailed quotes. Because my vehicle is all-wheel drive, the manufacturer recommends replacing all four tires. This was a much bigger expense than I had anticipated, but Haylee took the time to help me understand everything. I decided to go with similar tires as I already had. My vehicle was ready exactly when promised. Unfortunately, when I arrived to pick it up, there had been an error, and the tires weren't what I was expecting. After a day filled with one unfortunate event after another, that was my breaking point. I was in tears! This is my only vehicle, and I live quite a distance from the store, so I was overwhelmed. This is where their customer service truly shined. Haylee immediately went to her manager for assistance. Without hesitation, he stepped in, they figured out what had happened, and came up with a solution. He assured me I could drive my vehicle home and bring it back the following day to have the correct tires installed. He told me they would take care of everything and make it right. And they absolutely did! The correct tires happened to be a little more expensive, but they didn't charge me any more. No arguing, no excuses, no making me feel like I was being difficult. Just genuine concern and a willingness to make things right. And perhaps the sweetest part? Both Haylee and the manager gave me a much-needed hug! After the day I'd had, that kindness meant more than they probably realized. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, a different gentleman helped me, and he was every bit as friendly and pleasant as the others. That tells me a lot about the management and the kind of team they've built here. In a time when truly exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare, these people reminded me what it should look like. Their kindness, compassion, professionalism, and integrity went far beyond simply selling me tires. Pleasant View Burt Brothers didn't just earn a five-star review. They earned a loyal customer.
