I got a seventy five thousand mile tire and Saved over $225 compared to discount tire and Costco. That's even after I added the extra warranty to cover anything that may go wrong with the tire and not just the regular flat repair.

This is what genuine customer service looks like. On the last day of our week-long vacation, we discovered a nail in our tire. My first call was to Walmart, but with no appointments and a 2+ hour wait, spending our final vacation day sitting inside Walmart wasn't exactly how we wanted to go out. 😂 A quick Google search led me to Burt’s Brothers, and I’m so glad it did. Their earliest appointment was about two hours out, which was fine since we could wait comfortably at my brother’s house. When we arrived, there was a short line to check in, and that wait actually gave me the opportunity to watch how the staff interacted with their customers. I was impressed before they ever touched our truck. Every customer received the same focused, personalized attention. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable. Nobody was rushed through just so they could move on to the next person. It was the kind of customer service that has become increasingly difficult to find. They let us know they were running a little behind and that our repair could take up to an hour. I’ll admit, I was initially disappointed because I had been told about 20 minutes over the phone. But after watching them work with their customers, my perspective completely changed. They weren't sacrificing quality or personal service just to stay on the clock—and suddenly, being a little behind schedule made perfect sense. About 45 minutes later, our truck was ready. I had seen their advertisements for free flat repair, but I still fully expected to pay something. After all, we're from California. They knew there was a pretty good chance they'd never see us again. Nope. Completely free. While I was waiting, I also read the memorial to Burt displayed in the lobby. Learning a little about the man behind the business made the experience mean even more. Providing genuine service and helping people—including services like free flat repair—wasn't simply a marketing strategy. It was part of the philosophy Burt built his business around. And years later, his legacy is still visible in the way his employees treat the people who walk through those doors. That impressed me more than the free repair itself. And as for the quality of that repair? We've driven more than 700 miles in the two days since, and the tire pressure has held perfectly. We may live too far away to become regular customers, but my brother doesn't—and I already told him I'll be seriously disappointed if the next time he needs tires, he buys them anywhere other than Burt's Brothers. 😂 That's probably the best compliment I can give them: they provided a service to us for free, knowing they may never receive a dollar of our business, and somehow still earned a future customer. If you're deciding between Burt's Brothers and a big-box tire shop, choose Burt's Brothers. You're not just getting tires or a repair. You're supporting a local business that has managed to preserve something increasingly rare: genuine, personal service and the values of the man who built it.
