We were visiting family and woke up on Labor Day to a flat tire. Burt Brothers was open AND schedualed a time for us. They found a nail and patched the tire in 40 minutes and didnt charge us! Wonderful service and customer service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had. We were traveling in a rental camper van when a concerning brake warning came on right before an interstate trip. Burt Brothers got us in quickly, figured out the issue, and took care of everything efficiently. They were clearly knowledgeable and competent, and most importantly, gave us the peace of mind that the van was safe and ready for the road. Erica at the front desk was especially fantastic—friendly, helpful, communicative, and genuinely made a stressful situation much easier. And as a bonus, they had Park City Coffee Roaster coffee while we waited! Couldn’t recommend the Burt Brothers Park City team more highly. Great people, great service, and exactly the kind of shop you want when something unexpected happens on a trip.

I will recommend this shop to friends. The team was consistently helpful, from ordering tires and booking an appointment to addressing all of my concerns. Josh took the time to help me understand how the previous shop handled my brake service and equipped me with the language to address my truck's issue with them. I had a set of tires put on my truck at Burt Brothers today and walked out with so much more and an honest quote to get the brake work done if the other shop did not make good on their services. Some places pump out service fast and unreliably. This is not one of them. The customer service is at the top and it really shows. Thank you.

I had what I thought was a slow leak in one of my tires, so I brought it into this location. They found a small nail, removed it, and patched the tire for me—completely free of charge! Great service and such a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they took care of it. Highly recommend!

Every body there is very accommodating and polite… have never been disappointed with the work done on my cars. They are very professional and would definitely recommend them.

They are so service-oriented!! We were late for our appt and then we realized we didn’t know which tires in our storage unit (next door to the garage)that we needed to grab. Josh A. came over, checked our car and came up to the unit to figure out which of our sets of tires were the winter tires we were looking for!. And he helped us load them in our car to bring them over🙌🇺🇸🤩

Excellent, honest service, very fair pricing.

This shop is great, needed an alignment, got a free check and they told me what needed done before doing anything. Then got it done quickly. Also the staff was great with my two “very bored” boys who had to wait with me, and even had cars for them to pick from and play with while waiting and take home!
