Genuinely the nicest car repair/customer service people I’ve ever met. So considerate, so willing to help, great communication. Across multiple locations, I’ve been shocked how kind and selflessly wanting to help me they are. One time they had just closed and because I was driving, they used their time to look up a DIFFERENT car repair shop that could help me with what I needed, found the address, hours and everything. I was SO grateful. Only coming back to Burt Brothers now!

The guys at Burt Brothers were awesome. I brought in some takeoff tires to mount on my wheels and one of the tires had a problem. They worked with me to get it resolved quickly and everybody I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
