I had a flat tire on Labor Day and was surprised to find them open, but even more surprised that they got me in at 3pm. I arrived at about 2:57pm, they pulling my car in the garage at 3pm right on the dot, and then the lights in the waiting room were turned off. I could hear the staff working the phones. They were calling customers to come get their finished cars so that they could let their staff go home to enjoy the rest of the holiday with their families. That was cool to hear. But wait! It gets better. About 3:05pm, a guy called in with a flat tire problem. They told him they were trying to close but also asked him how far away he was. I could tell from the conversation that he was about 5 minutes away and really needing his tire fixed. They told him to hurry. He arrived about 5 minutes later and they pulled his car right in and went to work. You don't see that kind of dedication to customer service much anymore. Well done, Burt Brothers! You rock the tire service world! I definitely recommend you and keep coming back because I know you have my back.

These guys were great, helpful and courteous. I was dropping off a flat tire. They fixed my tire and put it back on my car in about 15 minutes. Thanks guys!

Great all around service.

I had a great experience at Burt Brothers Tires in Layton having 37” tires installed on my rig. Sydney took care of me from start to finish — she was knowledgeable about the fitment, walked me through the process clearly, and made sure everything was dialed in correctly before I left. With tires that big, you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing, and she did. With 35 years in the automotive industry myself, I don’t hand out praise on installs lightly — but Sydney and the team at Burt Brothers earned it. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re going in for tire work.

I can't speak for other locations but Layton Burt Bros is awesome! The manager there is second to none. Consistently above and beyond customer service. I've had several services done here, and I will be coming back.
