Here's what I loved about Burt Brothers-- I came to them with a list of problems, and rather than charging me for everything they could, they gave recommendations about what work might not be needed now to save me money. Then for my A/C, they took care of me even though I was a complicated case-- they were awesome all the way around and I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent Price on new tires for my 04 Honda Civic LX Coupe. Called yesterday scheduled an appointment for 3pm today. Arrived 20 minutes early, and they took my car into the shop. 30 minutes later I was back on the road.

Great place to get all service and maintenance done. Fairly priced, very attentive to your needs and great with communication. Most importantly, I sent my car in for a free inspection and they came back and said it didn’t need much of anything but an oil change and air filter. I was definitely expecting them to hit me with a big bill on a 20-year-old vehicle with 126,000 miles. The honesty got me to come back & order tires through them.They got my tires, alignment and TPS sensors all done when I needed them in just one morning at a great price!! Brian, the manager was easy to work with and the regional rep. Kyle was friendly, informative and made sure I got the right tires for my needs. Strongly recommend!

jonathan is the man! attention to detail of our situation was remembered from when i called ahead to ask if theyd help us with our tire blow out. he was transparent with the repair and damage was shown to us in the shop. He was assuring and polite throughout our time there and estimated wait times were correct albeit a bit less than! thank you for helping my family get home and keeping spirits up during our roadblock.

One of the, if not very best, customer experiences I have had anywhere. Ever. Needed new tires on my trailer. I was insanely busy and was having a hard time getting back to that side of town to get my trailer over to them. THEY called me and offered to send a tech to my house and swap the tires for no additional cost! I mean wow. They did the entire thing without me home. Unbelievably good experience. New Burt Brothers customer for life. Just brought my truck and for rotate and balance and oil change. Got me right in and price was better than expected. Can not recommend them enough!!

10/10 experience! They were so helpful over the phone. I set an appointment for a tune up, and asked if they could check on a couple issues for me. They did the tune up, tire rotation, oil change, filled up the fluids, checked on the issues and didn’t charge me one bit extra! They gave me a detailed run down of everything they did and quoted me for new tires as well as sensors and helped me find a shop that could repair my exhaust as they found a hole during their check. Their communication was incredible, they were so helpful and explained everything so well and charged exactly what they said they were going to charge me, even after going above and beyond in services! i absolutely recommend them. Brian was great!

Brian knows what he’s talking about. Great advice and recommendations. The alignment tech owns the same vehicle and year as mine. So no surprises while working on my truck. I’m definitely coming back to get tires and service
