All New Passenger or Light Truck tires listed on your purchase invoice are covered by this certificate which includes:
FREE ROAD HAZARD INSURANCE... |
We offer Free Tire Replacement for the first 2/32nd's of tread life if a tire fails due to normal road hazard. Tires worn beyond 2/32nd's will be prorated based on the remaining tread at the time the road hazard occurs plus service fee*. |
FREE FLAT REPAIRS... |
All flat repairs will be free of charge for the life of your tires. |
FREE ROTATIONS... |
Tires will be rotated free of charge every 3,000 miles, or as needed to insure proper tire wear. Free tire rotation does not include vehicles that require mounting & dismounting wheel and tire assemblies. |
FREE RE-BALANCING... |
Should re-balancing be needed due to vibration reasons during the life of your new tires, we will re-balance them free of charge. Most vehicles. |
FREE AIR CHECKS... |
Free air pressure checks anytime. We recommend checking tire air pressure monthly. |
*Tire Replacement Policy: A tire is warranted against any failure due to workmanship, materials and normal road hazard. A failure for these reasons during the first 2/32nd's of tread wear will be replaced free of charge. After the first 2/32nd's of tread wear, the tire will be replaced based on the percentage of tread used versus the original tread of the tire. Tires are considered worn out at 2/32nd's of tread remaining for consumer safety. A service charge of $15.00 to cover the cost of mounting & balancing plus a disposal charge and any pro-rated wear charges of the old tire and applicable sales taxes and fees will be charged.
Tires that have been run flat or abused will not be covered under this certificate. Damage of any kind which is caused by fire, theft, vandalism, deliberate abuse, collision, tire chains or mechanical defects are not covered. Final determination of a tire's condition & warranty is at the sole discretion of the dealer.

Owner's Obligation: Rotations are required every 3,000-7,500 miles. The rotations must be performed, recorded and signed off by the location performing the service. We recommend checking your tire pressure every 30 days.
This warranty specifically excludes vehicles used for commercial use.
