The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a nail in one of my tires and I purchased my tires at a different Burt Brothers location but the shop on State Street was very helpful and fixed the flat in a short period of time and got me back on the road.

They were absolutely amazing! I randomly got a low air notification and was loosing air pretty quickly and happened to be right by Burt brothers. They got me right in fixed my tire and got me on my way in less than 30 mins. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them going forward.

I got a screw in my tire and stopped by to get it repaired and they did not charge me. They were so polite and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Kelly the assistant manager was so friendly and this is why I went to this location, I needed tires mounted and balanced arranged a time for me to come in, and was out within 50 mins, even let me leave some perishables in their refrigerator. Will be back for this service again. thank you Kelly!

I bring all my vehicles to the Burt brothers in Sugarhouse. Sugarhouse couldn’t fit my toy hauler to repack the bearings, but they directed me to the South Salt Lake location. They took awesome care of me too. Good prices, absolute best customer service around. You won’t regret bringing your car here.
