I brought my motorhome in because I had a valve stem leaking on the rear inside Dooley wheel. I suggested we replace both of these valve stems due to the fact that they are extremely long and susceptible to defective behavior. When I picked my rig up I had a zero balance owing. This is not the first time Burt Brothers has done this for me. I would highly recommend this family business to anyone. I watched them grow for over 20 years now, and I am super impressed by how they treat their customers and affair and honest manner. I’ve been in the car business for over 35 years now and find it hard to find independent operators who are knowingly fair.

My wife and daughter were hauling horses to a show when the truck had issues …. Everywhere nearby was booking 1-2 weeks out but Burt Brothers recognized this was an emergency and got them in same day for diagnosis and fixed it next day. Had an issue with a recently purchased battery and went back to Burt Brothers for help. They tested the battery, determined it was faulty and replaced it! I was in and out in less than half an hour at no charge. That’s sticking by your customers in my mind! 👍🏻

Great costumer service. It’s not 10 minutes in and out, but it feels better getting oil changed at Burt brothers than a Jiffy lube.
